Certificaciones. Las certificaciones sobre el ejercicio del cargo del Gerente General, así como de los miembros de la Junta Directiva, serán expedidas por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Agricultura. Las referentes a los demás funcionarios y empleados del Instituto, así como las demás certificaciones que deban darse, las expedirá el Gerente General o el funcionario a quien este confiera tal atribución.
