° Las partidas apropiadas en el Capitulo 123, artículo 2342, y Capitulo 135, artículo 2469 del Presupuesto vigente, podrá invertirlas el Gobierno en el estudio del proyecto y ejecución de las obras a que se refiere este Decreto, y para cubrir a la Beneficencia de Cundinamarca el saldo que se le adeuda por concepto de ocupación de zonas de terreno de la hacienda de El Salitre.
