ARTICULO 68. La tarjeta de operación es el documento que acredita a los vehículos automotores como idóneos para prestar el servicio público de transporte bajo el control de una empresa o sociedad comercial administradora y operadora de sistemas o subsistemas de transporte, de acuerdo con su respectiva licencia de funcionamiento en los servicios, áreas de operación, rutas y horarios o frecuencias de despacho que tenga asignados.
