Derogar el numeral 10 del artículo 24 del Decreto 2041 de 2014, que se refiere a la “Certificación de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Tierras Despojadas, en la que se indique si sobre el área de influencia del proyecto se sobrepone un área macrofocalizada y/o microfocalizada por dicha Unidad, o si se ha solicitado por un particular inclusión en el registro de tierras despojadas o abandonadas forzosamente, que afecte alguno de los predios.
