Cuando entre las partes surjan discrepancias sobre el contrato de vinculación, entre tanto quien tenga la función de administrar justicia resuelva el asunto, la empresa y el propietario o el tenedor del vehículo tienen la obligación de continuar operando en la misma forma en que lo venían haciendo.
