Los laboratorios farmacéuticos que no acrediten al menos el sesenta por ciento (60%) del plan de cumplimiento, en los términos previstos en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, no podrán fabricar, envasar, empacar, acondicionar, ni semielaborar medicamentos, sin perjuicio de las medidas sanitarias que resulten aplicables;
