Los bonos que se llegaren a emitir con base en lo dispuesto en esta Ley, deberán llevar impresas las obligaciones que se contraigan; serán admisibles por su valor nominal en toda caución que ha de constituirse a favor del estado, y quedarán exentos de todo impuesto.
