Objetivos. La capacitación docente cumplirá los siguientes objetivos

a)

Profesionalizar a los educadores sin título docente, que se encuentren en servicio;

b)

Actualizar a los educadores sobre los adelantos pedagógicos, científicos y tecnológicos;

c)

Actualizar a los educadores en las técnicas de administración, supervisión. planeamiento y legislación educativa;

d)

Especializara a los educadores dentro de su propia área de conocimientos;

e)

Proporcionar a los educadores oportunidades de mejoramiento profesional mediante los ascensos en el Escalafón.
