Permiso de construcción de vivienda. La Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria no concederá permiso para construcción de vivienda en las playas marítimas. La Dirección General determinará la extensión máxima utilizable cuando se trate del establecimiento de muelles, malecones, embarcaderos, diques secos, varaderos, astilleros, islas artificiales y otras construcciones similares.
