Gastos Varios Artículo 305. Para gastos imprevistos del Ministerio $ 5.000 Artículo 3l4 bis Para proveer de agua potable las guarniciones de Cartagena, Bucaramanga y Ocaña, en el año 1.000 Suma del crédito adicional $ 6.000.
