Todo vehículo automotor deberá llevar como dispositivos de prevención: dos triángulos o dos lámparas de señal, fácilmente transportables, estables y de dimensiones que permitan su visión a distancia prudencial. Las lámparas de señal tendrán una luz amarilla intermitente, independientes de la instalación del vehículo y con suficiente duración de alumbrado.
