Artículo quinto. Los fondos o valores que reciba la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Cauca, por razón de las cesiones y endosos de que tratan los artículos anteriores, tendrán la calidad de aportes del Instituto de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico a la expresada Corporación.
