Tanto el Director como el Consejo de Disciplina pueden suspender condicionalmente, por justificados motivos, en todo o en parte, las sanciones qué hayan impuesto, siempre que se trate de condenados que no sean reincidentes disciplinarios. Si dentro del término de tres meses el condenado cómete una nueva infracción, se le aplicará la sanción suspendida, junto con la que merezca por la nueva falla.
