Aspectos del régimen de afiliados. Las cámaras de comercio estarán administradas y gobernadas por los comerciantes matriculados en el Registro Mercantil que tengan la calidad de afiliados. Las personas jurídicas comerciantes podrán solicitar la afiliación a la cámara de comercio de su domicilio principal y a cualquier cámara de comercio por fuera de su jurisdicción en la que tenga matriculada alguna sucursal. Las cámaras de comercio no podrán afiliar sucursales, agencias, establecimientos de comercio, ni sucursales de sociedades extranjeras. No se aceptarán solicitudes y pagos masivos de afiliaciones.
