Artículo transitorio. Este Curso será organizado y reglamentado por medio de Decreto separado. Este Decreto constituirá el Título III de Reglamento orgánico de la Escuela y reemplazará en él presente artículo transitorio. El Director de la Escuela queda autorizado para llevar a cabo la incorporación de que se trata y para modificar la numeración de los artículos siguientes, de acuerdo con la que resulte al realizarla.
