Prohibición para iniciar nuevas actividades. A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto el Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, FNCV, en Liquidación, no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto y conservará su capacidad jurídica, únicamente, para expedir los actos, celebrar los contratos y adelantar las acciones necesarias exclusivamente para su liquidación.
