º . Los límites del Departamento de Sucre serán determinados por el Instituto Geográfico, Militar y Catastral "Agustín Codazzi", teniendo en cuenta los limites que tienen los Municipios señalados en el artículo 1 o . de la presente Ley, con los Departamentos de Bolívar, Antioquia y Córdoba.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para dictar las medidas pertinentes, destinadas a señalar la anterior delimitación de territorios, inmediatamente sea sancionada la presente Ley.
