Reconócese igualmente á favor de los señores Manuel José y Sergio V. Bucheli la suma necesaria para pagar los servicios que prestaron en el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Pasto á virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 18, Ley 102 de 1888, al primero á razón de cuarenta pesos mensuales, como Oficial Mayor, y al segundo á treinta y cinco. El valor total se tendrá por incluido en el Presupuesto de Gastos respectivo.
