Las resoluciones definitivas sobre auxilios que dicten las juntas, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, necesitaran para su validez de la aprobación del Gobernador del Departamento de Caldas, y podrán ser apeladas para ante el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, dentro de los diez días siguientes a su notificación.
