º Para la reorganización de los trabajos de la Carretera Central del Norte en las secciones de Cundinamarca y Boyacá, se dividirá la Carretera en tres trayectos, así: de Bogotá al límite con Boyacá, kilómetro 115; de ese límite a Duitama, kilómetro 221, y de Duitama al kilómetro 270. El ramal de Duitama a Sogamoso hará parte del trayecto segundo.
