El empleado que sea llamado a prestar servicio militar o convocado en su calidad de reservista, deberá comunicar el hecho al Presidente de la Empresa, Gerente Regional o Zonal correspondiente, quien precederá a conceder licencia por todo el tiempo de la conscripción o de la convocatoria.
