Articulo séptimo . Cuando en lo juicios que s ventilen ante los jueces ordinarios surjan diferencias por reconocimiento y pago de mejoras en predios rurales, dichos funcionarios se abstendrán de conocer tales controversias, de acuerdo con lo establecido por el decreto extraordinario 0893 de 1955, y deberán enviar copia de lo conducente al jefe del Departamento nacional de asuntos campesinos del ministerio de trabajo, a fin de que se decida previamente sobre el particular.
