Art. 2.° Cuando hubiere necesidad de que un individuo nombrado guarda-parque entre inmediatamente a cumplir con los deberes de tal empleo, el poder ejecutivo o la autoridad que hubiere hecho el nombramiento, designará prudencialmente la suma en que haya de consistir la fianza provisoria, miéntras se practican los inventarios i avalúos de los efectos del parque, i puede fijarse la suma de la fianza definitiva.
