º. Derógase el artículo 2º del Decreto 379 de 1925. En consecuencia, las enfermedades de carácter específico o venéreo que adquieran los miembros del Ejército y de los institutos de cultura militar, serán tratadas en las enfermerías de las Unidades, o atendidas por cuenta del Gobierno en las casas de salud u hospitales de los acantonamientos, en las mismas condiciones en que lo son las demás enfermedades.
