Los militares de cualquier grado, colombianos o extranjeros, al servicio del Ejército, que cometieren alguno de los delitos enumerados en el Artículo 169 del Código Penal, serán castigados con la pena de seis a doce años de reclusión militar.

Esta pena se graduará en la proporción que determina el Artículo 170 del Código Penal.
