Modifíquese el artículo 11.3.16.1.6 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 11.3.16.1.6 Garantía de un plan alternativo de capitalización o de pensiones. La garantía a que tengan derecho los afiliados a un plan alternativo de capitalización o de pensiones administrado por una entidad aseguradora de vida o por una entidad administradora de fondos de pensiones se regirá por lo dispuesto en el artículo 109 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y en el Capítulo 4 del Título 6 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1833 de 2016.".
