Procedimiento. El funcionario pro cederá a examinar y reconocer los hechos materia de inspección con todas sus circunstancias. Simultáneamente extenderá el acta correspondiente en la que se relacionarán las cosas, los hechos examinados y las manifestaciones que sobre ellos hagan las personas que intervengan en la diligencia.
