Créase una Escuela Vocacional Agrícola y cursos de capacitación para campesinos, anexa a la Granja que por esta Ley se crea.

Parágrafo

Los cursos de capacitación para campesinos deberán comprender el aprendizaje en cuanto al manejo de la maquinaria agrícola, tendiente a la formación de personal idóneo para la explotación económica de la tierra y ganadería.
