º Modificar el artículo 1º del Decreto número 1938 del 20 de septiembre de 1988, el cual quedará así: Artículo 1 º Modificar el artículo 10 del Decreto 1156 de junio 14 de 1988, el cual quedará así: Artículo 10. obligatoriedad del registro: ninguna sala de exhibición cinematográfica podrá funcionar sin el previo y correspondiente registro de ella y del exhibidor responsable, en el Ministerio de Comunicaciones. Las salas de exhibición cinematográfica y los exhibidores respectivos procederán a cumplir con este requisito, conforme a las normas de este Decreto, dentro de los ochenta y cinco (85) días siguientes a su promulgación.
