Desde la vigencia de la presente Ley, los empleados y obreros que hayan contraído la tuberculosis durante el tiempo de servicio, y por razón de él, tendrán derecho durante la enfermedad, a una pensión igual al sueldo que estuvieren devengando al expedirse el Decreto que los releve de sus cargos
