Al sordo o sordociego no se le podrá negar, condicionar o restringir una licencia para ejercer actividad u oficio alguno arguyendo su falta de audición o visión, a menos que se demuestre fehacientemente que dicha función es imprescindible para la actividad que habría de realizar.
