Comité de Reglamentación y Evaluación de Riesgos, CRER . El Comité de Reglamentación y Evaluación de Riesgos recomendará las medidas de protección que considere pertinentes para cada caso concreto y determinará la duración de las mismas.

Parágrafo 1

Los miembros del Comité de Reglamentación y Evaluación de Riegos no podrán presentar o estudiar solicitudes de protección sin el lleno de los requisitos señalados en este decreto.

Parágrafo 2

Las recomendaciones del CRER serán consignadas en un acta, que suscribirán el presidente y el secretario técnico.
