Honorarios y gastos. Los miembros del Consejo Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural no percibirán honorarios por su participación en el mismo. Su actividad se realizará ad-honorem.

El Ministerio de Cultura podrá cubrir los viáticos o los gastos de transporte, hospedaje y alimentación, que demande la participación de los miembros del Consejo e invitados cuando residan fuera de Bogotá D. C., o similares gastos cuando las reuniones deban hacerse fuera de Bogotá D. C.,

(Decreto 1313 de 2008, artículo 7°).
