Artículo único. Restablécese el Consulado General de Colombia en Barcelona. Reino de España, asimilado a Administración de Hacienda Nacional, y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor don Enrique W. Fernández, quien ha venido ejerciendo las funciones de Cónsul de la República en aquella ciudad. Comuníquese y publíquese.
