Créese a nivel de Instituto Nacional de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana (Inurbe), un “Fondo de Vivienda Subsidiada”, con destino a los trabajadores de la construcción que carezcan de vivienda.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional, a través del Ministerio de Desarrollo reglamentará la anterior disposición.
