Atribución a prevención. Cuando un miembro de la Institución cometa una falta en jurisdicción de una unidad policial distinta a la que pertenece, el comandante del departamento donde se cometió la falta, asumirá la investigación disciplinaria en los términos previstos en este reglamento.
