Vigencia. La entrada en vigencia del presente decreto estará sujeta a la expedición de la regulación de que tratan los numerales 22.1 y 22.3 del artículo 22, con excepción de lo dispuesto en el artículo 25 que entrará en vigencia a partir de la publicación de este decreto.
