Fíjase el plazo de ciento ochenta (180) días a partir de la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto, para que tanto los mandantes como los mandatarios cumplan con la totalidad de los requisitos establecidos en él.

En Las Licitaciones De Entidades Oficiales O Semioficiales De Carácter Nacional, Se Exigirá Una Certificación De La Cámara De Comercio Respectiva En Que Conste Que El Agente Representante Que Va A Participar En Dicha Licitación Está Debidamente Registrado De Acuerdo Con Este Decreto
