º . Entrega de los Certificados de Desarrollo Turístico. Una vez acreditado el cumplimiento de los supuestos de hecho contenidos en los artículos 2º y 5º del presente decreto el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico entregará, por una sola vez y previa suscripción del respectivo Contrato de Entrega de Certificado de Desarrollo Turístico con el inversionista beneficiado, el incentivo fiscal en una cuantía equivalente al siete punto cinco por ciento (7.5%) del valor total de la respectiva inversión.
