Por el hecho de la disolución se podrán pagar, sin intereses distintos de los que se hayan pactado expresamente y para los solos efectos de la liquidación todas las obligaciones a término contra la sociedad, inclusive aquellas cuyo plazo se haya pactado en favor de los acreedores.
