La Policía Nacional podrá suscribir convenios con entidades públicas para suministrar asistencia técnica operativa, que permita el fortalecimiento y la implementación de la seguridad de las mismas, para lo cual éstas proveerán los recursos necesarios para la adecuada prestación del servicio.
