° Las funciones que corresponden á este empleado, determinadas en los artículos 11, incisos 6.° á 11, 76 y atribuciones 2.ª y 3.ª del artículo 78 del Decreto número 208, de 20 de Marzo de 1890, "por el cual se reglamenta la penitenciaría de Bogotá," serán desempeñadas en lo sucesivo por el Director del establecimiento.
