° El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, o los funcionarios en quienes se delegue la función, podrán imponer multas hasta por valor de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25.000,00) moneda corriente a favor del Tesoro Público, a las personas naturales o jurídicas, residenciadas o domiciliadas en Colombia, que sean renuentes o morosas en el suministro de los datos estadísticos que les solicite el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística.
