Imputación de pagos. La imputación de pagos por cotizaciones obligatorias realizadas al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral se efectuará en la forma prevista en el artículo 11 del decreto 1161 de 1994, sin perjuicio de las sanciones a que haya lugar. En todo caso, primero se cubrirán las obligaciones con los fondos de solidaridad y luego las cotizaciones. Las administradoras podrán celebrar acuerdos de pago con los aportantes siempre y cuando se garantice el recaudo integral de las cotizaciones respetando la prioridad establecida en el inciso anterior.
