º. Las sociedades colectivas, en comandita simple, de responsabilidad limitada y ordinarias de minas, están sometidas únicamente al impuesto básico sobre la renta, con las tarifas especiales que posteriormente se indican, sin perjuicio de que los socios de tales compañías, como personas distintas de la sociedad, paguen el impuesto que les corresponda sobre sus participaciones de utilidades y sobre sus aportes sociales, los cuales se determinan en la forma establecida en esta ley.
