Criterios para la modificación de las medidas de protección . El respectivo Comité, previa reevaluación del nivel de riesgo, recomendará la modificación o terminación de las medidas de protección, cuando se presente alguna de las siguientes circunstancias

Una vez concluya la temporalidad asignada a la medida.

Por la existencia de nuevos hechos que repercutan directamente en el nivel de riesgo del beneficiario.

Cambio de actividad del beneficiario que incida directamente en su nivel de riesgo.

Por traslado del beneficiario de la zona de riesgo.

Por recomendación motivada y unánime de sus miembros.
