El Gobierno Nacional, en el marco de la implementación del decreto 480 de 2025, por medio del cual se reglamenta el sistema indígena de salud propio e intercultural SISPI, coordinará con la Subcomisión de Salud de la Mesa Permanente de Concertación de los pueblos y organizaciones indígenas, y con la CNMI, atendiendo lo indicado en el Art. 69, el diseño e implementación de acciones en salud dirigidas a la niñez indígena.
