Decreto 1883 de 1963 · por el cual se deroga el artículo 6º del Decreto número 2188 de 1962, se reglamenta el funcionamiento del Instituto Nacional de Capacitación y Perfeccionamiento del Magisterio de Enseñanza Primaria, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Artículo tercero. Las Escuelas Normales oficiales y las no oficiales que reciban auxilios nacionales, estarán obligadas a prestar la colaboración que para el buen desarrollo de los programas de que trata el presente Decreto, solicite el Jefe de la División de Educación Superior y Normalista del Ministerio de Educación.

Parágrafo

Las Secretarías Departamentales de Educación dispondrán lo concerniente, a fin de que las Escuelas Normales Departamentales presten igual colaboración de acuerdo con las normas y programas del Ministerio.
