Artículo único. Autorízase al Gobierno para que reglamente el ejercicio de la medicina y de la abogacía, de acuerdo con las opiniones que emitan sobre el particular las respectivas Academias nacionales.

Parágrafo

Los decretos que en tal virtud expida el Poder Ejecutivo tendrán fuerza legal.
