Art. 41. El Administrador general de Hacienda nacional puede exigir á los Cajeros de su dependencia una fianza hasta de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000), cuando así lo creyere conveniente para la seguridad de los fondos públicos. Dicha fianza se prestará á satisfacción de dicho Administrador.
